Volt's very first enemy and quickest member of Volt's Rogues Gallery. Jared Atkins was a young rejected scientist and former ace pilot who's flight designs were rejected by the scientists of the Kaiou Corp. In return, he donned a special armored flight suit of his own and went under the name Jetstorm. He terrorized the company and kidnapped the CEO Ryuji Kaioh to force him to give him the money that Jared should have earned for not representing his flight designs. Ryuji had no idea about how the scientists in his department treated Jared. Volt came by and saved his dad. However, the fight between Jetstorm and Volt was like a race, trying to defeat each other but Volt ended up winning the fight.
