Frostbyte is beyond the most hilarious and easiest to fool enemy of Volt's Rogues Gallery. He got into a cyrogenic accident, turning his body into a freezing icicle and manipulating ice. Despite this great power, he stutters a lot and complains that he's always cold (lol). Even though he is a genius who made a suit... Well, he took whatever he had in his closet and made a 'cool' looking suit to help disguise his appearance. He took the name Frostbyte, planning to turn New York into one giant Ice Kingdom, but his aiming his poor and doesn't have warm comforters inside his suit. Volt always cracks jokes about Frostbyte's stuttering voice that he sounds just like Tigger XD
